Mr Benjamin Manzini from Zimbabwe, Harare, approached Medserg Travel after he diagnosed a disease for which no laparoscopic treatment available in his own country. He discussed his problems and reports with Medserg.

He landed to India at Delhi International Airport on 16th Oct. Miss Akriti was eagerly waiting at Airport to warm welcome him and his sister. She took her straight to Hospital and he Met Dr. Ashish advanced laparoscopic surgeon.

He discussed with the doctor and saw hospital, ICU and Operation Theatre. He was extremely happy to get a warm welcome at the Airport and like the Hospitality, Doctor, Staff, and Hospital. He was admitted the same day and paid hospital fees as agreed. No advances whatsoever were taken from patients and relatives till this time. He underwent blood investigations same day and scheduled for surgery on the next day.

He underwent advanced Lap surgical procedure on 17th Oct. He was pain-free post-op period and was ambulate by the evening same day. He was started on oral food next day morning and then was discharged on 18th Oct.
